So far, it’s just me- Laila O’Boyle. I’m a micro baker, sourdough teacher and avid learner of all bread baking (that’s naturally fermented). I run social media accounts that help you bake bread (@theearlyrisebaker on IG, TT, and Youtube) and you can find my recipes and other sourdough related content on my website. I’m looking for team members! Whether you want to teach a class, volunteer to help with logistics day off, have experience with running events, want to help with merchandise, like to manage spreadsheets, have connections in the bread world… oh, the list goes on and on, we’d love to have you!
